Privacy with less collection.
The public product is designed to work without an account, advertising tracker, or behavioral profile.
What is collected
The hosting provider, Netlify, processes ordinary request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, time, and security signals. We use its server-side Web Analytics to understand aggregate pageviews, visitors, referral sources and resource use. This does not add an analytics script or tracking cookie to your browser. Visitor estimates may include automated requests and are not a count of customers.
If you submit the report form, Netlify Forms receives the prediction/page reference, problem type, detail, optional evidence URL, and optional follow-up email you provide. Do not submit passwords, secrets, private records, or sensitive personal information.
Browser-only preferences
Display preferences and the owner setup checklist use local browser storage. That state is not sent to Imperium Americanum. You may clear it using your browser controls; the checklist also offers an explicit reset.
How information is used
Submitted reports are used to investigate the public record, contact you when requested, prevent abuse, and publish an auditable correction when appropriate. Imperium Americanum does not sell personal information or use report contents for advertising.
Retention and deletion
You may request deletion through the problem-report form. Account deletion remains a reviewed request, not an automatic erasure button. Before accounts launch, the final notice must specify retention periods, backup expiry and request procedures. The intended policy is to remove account-associated personal data after verified deletion, except narrowly necessary records retained for applicable legal obligations or other lawful purposes such as fraud prevention and legal claims. Those records must be restricted to that purpose and retained only as long as necessary. Restoring a backup must reapply completed deletion requests. Independently sourced public reporting and correction history are separate from customer account data; applicable privacy and correction rights remain available.
Third-party sources
Evidence, episode, and polling links open third-party sites with their own privacy practices. Imperium Americanum does not control those providers.
Requests and corrections
Use the problem-report form and select Other. Nothing submitted changes a public record automatically.
This operational prelaunch notice must be reviewed and updated with the company legal entity, contact details, approved retention periods, and applicable rights before paid accounts launch.
