Sources, dates and limits
Country indicators: World Bank, World Development Indicators, CC BY 4.0. Annual observations since 2000, with missing values retained. Refresh checks are not observation dates. Dollar figures are current dollars, not inflation-adjusted growth or personal income.
Map geometry: Natural Earth, public domain; world-atlas 1:110m. Borders are simplified, not a current legal boundary service. Neighbours and border-hop paths follow this map, not visa rules or open crossings.
Calculations: distances are approximate great-circle distances on a spherical Earth. Capital coordinates come from the source; where unavailable, a labelled map centre is used. Group highlighting and imported notes are user illustrations, never official evidence.
